a few days without brown-out, Noreco II goes about disconnecting lines

LOL. A few days of no power interruption, and Noreco II feels good enough to go around cutting off power lines or disconnecting some few months' unpaid accounts. Tsk,tsk,tsk....bad,bad, bad! People have to suffer waiting for long periods to get their numbers served. A woman obviously with very little time to spare came to settle her account, was given a number which read 746 and the number being served was 326. On her face you could see anger, frustration, and hopelessness at the whole system. Weeks ago she had to suffer the unpredictable power outages leading to spoiled food, loads of incovenience, and broken appliances. A few days of being good, and she becomes another victim of Noreco II's ineptitude. Hooohhh....what did she do to deserve this?
